We operate a small guesthouse near Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). This policy covers personal data collected through our website and booking enquiries.

- Enquiries not resulting in a booking: twelve months from the date of enquiry.

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
