The property is on Mahidol Road, about 8 minutes by car from the terminal. Our shuttle runs on a flexible timetable — simply let us know your flight details and we will arrange pick-up and drop-off at a time that suits you.
Can I check in at any time of day or night?
Yes. Reception is staffed around the clock for arrivals at all hours. Our daytime room and long-layover suite check-in times are matched to your actual flights, not a standard hotel window.
Is the airport shuttle included in the room rate?
The shuttle is included with Overnight Stay and Long Layover Suite bookings. Daytime Rest Room guests are welcome to use the shuttle at a small additional charge, or we can arrange a taxi at any time.
What does the daytime room include?
A freshly made bed, a warm rainfall shower, complimentary tea and coffee, and free Wi-Fi. You may also store luggage at the front desk and request a gentle wake-up call before your departure.
Is breakfast available for early-morning departures?
Overnight Stay guests receive a light breakfast served from 04:00 onwards, suited to guests with dawn departures. Suite guests have a light meal included with their booking.
